I think none. There is a bank involvement that's why (fiat).

Before it's possible via LocalBitcoin but they have a mandatory KYC now.

Totally agree, I believe that P2P is the only solution (as far as I know), but it's extremely hard to find someone who can trust new buyers with no reputation  Sad (a trust issue).

Buying without completing KYC means that almost all the trusted exchanges are eliminated from your options. Which then leaves you with sketchy places, which I don't think you want to risk. So, the best way to avoid KYC and purchase crypto is P2P but you'll need to find one that can be trusted. Perhaps, worth checking the services section as there might be some P2P there (maybe even with some reviews from this community).
