The snapshot date is 12 December 2020. After they announced an airdrop demand is really high. I think that it won't last long. XRP is near to reach peak for this year and since the price has risen quickly there will be definitely a correction soon.
I don't like xrp at all just, but i have to admit that the price could keep pumping towards that date if that was the trigger that's pushing it.
But at this time the reason for pump could be just because altcoinseason started. Everything is pumping anyway and it would be just weird if it wouldn't affect xrp at all, especially when it has been dumping so long.
