You can try out to use an official mirror - https://stake.games/Your funds would be safe, if you access the site through a VPN and then withdraw your balance. Those funds in there was still gambled when your country had no issues with Stake.com (So in theory, you should be able to withdraw it, without Stake having issues with it.
