Why not look for local exchangers, like people that are into P2P exchanging , that way you wouldn’t have to worry about KYC, unless your country has a strict cryptocurrency regulation that doesn’t allow such.

In my country you can find P2P exchangers, they have their walk-in offices where you can go to and do business with them, you don’t have to do any KYC no matter the amount you’re buying or selling, all you need to do is send them money and they will send the amount of Bitcoin you need to your wallet. As for Binance, I don’t make use of their exchange but I have heard that you can still buy Bitcoin from Binance without KYC, but there is a limit to that.
