looks like the 1xbit support guy ( if he really is...) disapperead from this community...only 1 Reply from him in the last 2 weeks and many unsolved cases...
I am still waiting on my 0.5 BTC that 1xBit stole from my account...he told me lately he can help me getting it back but then he quit conversation again...

Probably they can't solve the issue because that's a huge amount for them, so instead of replying, they just keep themselves silence.
