We have reviewed the discussion including all individual responses. We cannot discuss individual names or accounts here. I can explain the situation what happened / is going on.
There have been a number of players who belong to the "Arbitrage betters" category. This group appears to be a professional gambling group, which is not gambling on our site, but is deliberately looking for wrong data odds. Wildan has also explained that well with his example.
We paid these users nicely (even though they only placed arbitrage bets). After these bets, they paid out their money, which they also received from us properly.
However, they didn't think this was enough and they started creating new accounts through different IP addresses. Here they placed arbitrary bets again and we paid it out again. After an extensive analysis, including Evidence with linked accounts / email addresses / IP addresses, we are 100% sure that the same group is behind this. This process has been repeated a number of times and we believe that we as a site should act against this and at the moment the funds are being held until we decide what to do about it.
All these arbitrage betters are paid by us, but of course they will not write that on the forum.

If people would like to have a discussion about arbitrage betting, you should do so in the relevant topic. In this topic you should post things related to the website. Probably the arbitrage betting is an interesting subject, maybe there is already a topic on the forum about that?

Even though these were not fair-won bets, we have decided to pay out these players as we assume that other players will want to place bets fairly.
This user has created additional accounts after this, to be able to repeat the arbitration process over and over.
The only way to avoid this is to exclude this group and cancel all bets that have been placed.
And I'm not even talking about the fact that this player has created a duplicate account!
We will always pay out gamblers who play fair.
This group seems now to be angry because theu are caught by our system, but they should be aware of the consequences if you are trying to cheat.
