I think you are talking about a advertising banner which is using the name of "Chipmixer" but its redirecting you to different destination when you are clicking on that banner. Its a old trick by which scammers try to drive visitors to their scam trap and if i am not wrong then this guys are following the same way.

Yes it is sharing with them on the same discussion the link of the site, yes it is a fake ad that redirects to a fake chipmixer link.
in addition at the bottom of the page we can see that the email address is not the same.
