Once Bitcoin is getting stable with its price for sure Altcoins will follow too. And this already started now, Bitcoin was being followed by Ethereum (ETH), and now the Ripple which we can see it's surging at this very moment. There are others of Altcoins too that are starting to surge now.
only high capitulation has increased well, what about the low cap ?,
I still don't see any movement there, I see HEX is also now dropping drastically,
even though this project is currently being discussed.
Many coins will increase in price but not all coins will increase in price. HEX has been pumped too high, whales dumped it and many panicked. People discuss a lot about its potential but that isn't certain at all.
