Why would that weaken your moral?If you are really interested in crypotcurrencies and you didnt register just to leech from this forum and join bounty campaigns, you will progress fast and soon you wont be newbie anymore.
This rule exists because all those that are trying to abuse bounty rules so when they get caught they just make new account and continue doing same thing.I wish all bounties have that rule where no newbie is allowed.
