I would think of ICOs but I don't think that the mindset of ICOs being a scams wouldn't be reverted now ever. It's one of  the reason why it started to disappear anyway, so I'll go with IEOs.
I am quite choosy on exchanges and I would love to know where my awaited coin will be listed at.
