I am using an electrum wallet just using a new recieve address each time.
For transaction on forum, take loan from forum or to proof you identity you should stake your one permanent address. And sign from that adress when you need to sign a message. To sign a message by a new address is useless.
I have one staked it was just the address I had money in. I signed to show I owned the address with money
