Basically I don't like such news or prediction without any research or reference. We can tell anything but research or reference can give us the data which we can depend on. We will get some proof too for understanding the reason. Better you can add some references for your own research purposes.
You make a good point but cryptocurrency market revolves in speculation and it not all predictions can be back with reference cause some trend cant be figured out through chart or analysis but through instinct. With that been said, I believe the user in question makes his prediction footing the market current momentum which could change anytime but it will be next year before Bitcoin will hit the $35K price.
