Then he opened a new account and continued with the same tactics.
He has deposited 56 mBTC and withdraw 36 mBTC, which we approved. Then he wanted to make even bigger payouts. We have decided to close his account after an investigation at this time. we have 100% demonstrable proof that the same person controls both accounts.
