The public face shouldnt be used to determine the right coins for investment because there is alot of coins that have public face in their team but they are not doing well in the market while theres project with no public face and they are accomplishing  goodies beautifully. However, public faces is just a hype used by shitcoin these days McAfee habits in promoting coins is an example.
