Edit: you need KYC to prove you are a real human and later can send and receive money to other people
Good luck with this.
People would still want to take on KYC even though there's no assurance for the altcoin that they're mining through phone, or any GPU that it requires. I don't think that it's a worth it task to push on and go through KYC.
