I'm accumulating BLOCK right now, since it hasn't been this cheap since the february 2017. It's a gamble, but so is most altcoins right now.
I really like the project because of it's tech. Hasn't been hyped up over nothing, the devs has just been keeping the developments running to a point where a lot of the stuff they've been working on is about to be finished.
