I personally think that allocation for development should be 10-20%. That number should decided on how much money is collected. If there is a lot of money then it should be 10% and 20% at opposite.
i see that the proggress of unicap is quite impressive indeed through the event being held , maybe it could be that in future there will be additions for development maybe we have to wait for the team to provide update information.
