The Premine represents 3% of the maximum supply. This is used to fund the Cache jobs concept. This means that members of the Cache team, including the core developers, are paid a monthly wage is $CXCHE. This is accountable to the community also.
The banking function will make these wages sustainable over time and have the effect of locking the banked portion of the premine from "dumping". With this model it is not in the teams own interests to "dump". Bounties and job roles have been handled on Discord so far.
Growth is slow but steady and respects those that engage as team members have day jobs to live by as there is no "get rich quick" scheme here - rather a sustainable community is being developed.
