Note: On the Documentation Tab, only links of the uploaded zip files will be given, to view the images / receipts / etc. you have to download the zip files. Note2: Past events may only have incomplete documentations.
Currently it is accessible to everybody who have the link. You may have overlooked setting who should have write access.
