Gambling licenses really don't mean much anyways unless when they're from a country with a proper law system, I personally would use a gambling website without any license if it has good reputation specially in the forum, there were many casino websites that before had many accusations against them(which later proved to be true) and they had a valid license at the time, so there's no guarantee that just because one online casino has a gambling license you're as a gambler are totally safe and can trust them.

The best indicator on whether a gambling website is safe or not is this forum and members review and by checking out their thread you should get a sense how good or bad they're doing in every aspect.
