Before India had Sachin, Sehwag, Gangully, Yuvraj, Raina who used to ball as part timer every now n then but sadly this tradition is dead in current Indian batsmen.
Yuvraj was easily the best among the names that you mentioned. It's tough to find such part-time bowlers in any team. I was excited about Varun Chakravarty's inclusion which could have been a game-changer, but his injury threw that prospect out.

Instead of focusing on part-time bowlers, the team needs to focus on their main bowlers primarily since Shami and Chahal are the only bowlers who are consistently taking wickets in recent times.
Current Indian bowling line up is good in all 3 formats and they have good back up bowlers as well so one bad game is not something to worry about. Indian team might come back strongly in the next game.

You don't need to find any new bowler but encourage top order batsmen to learn the skill. After all nowadays we expect bowlers to contribute with the bat too, right? so why not batsmen should learn a extra skill ? They are bowling or not, it doesn't matter as its depends on the situation . Sometimes having a extra bowler comes very hand, lets say your regular bowlers having a bad day then part timers could slip couple of overs.
