If this is possible, it will also reduce newbie bounty hunter with multiple accounts. They won't be able to post the bounty report(various platform link) without achieving any merits. As a result they will try to make good constructive post for getting merits. I know all newbies aren't spammer. But most of the time newbie user post inappropriate links.
