For the the first point, the bookie has a delay of less than 3 seconds. That is not enough for live bets in European bookies.
The 2nd point is delayed less than 5 seconds. Considering that you will need some time to click and submit the bet this wouldn't be enough either. 
The 3rd point appears on the sportsbook with an almost 6 seconds delay. If you are prepared and ready in time, this could potentially be the only point you could take advantage of. I used a stopwatch to count the delays from the moment the point ended to the exact time the bookie updated the score in its match center.

I would still be interested to see a tennis match.
