You won't have to blame any of these users whom you will come across talking about faucet. I was in their place not until I learnt things on bitcointalk and came to understood how things goes in the Crypto space.
Faucet is a bridge to crypto for some crypto users here.
However, the trends now have changed to CCTip group where you can claim more coin/token by "spamming a group"
To be sincere, faucet is time wasting activity to be doing, I'm not really castigating it either but to me its not something a user needing instant money need to do, it will only work for a user that has patients and love visiting that faucet site. I could remember performing faucet campaign on spectrocoin for a week I stopped because it was worthless and required of me to refer people and also I have a minimum amount to reach before I could withdraw and so I calculated low long it will take me to reach the minimum and the result was something 1 year. That was point I stopped faucet. However, performing faucet is good and worth trying.
I still remember how I claim and hire workers to claim Raiblocks (NANO) in their early distribution.
I got thousands of XRB back then. If I could wait for a year, I could buy a house with that coin.
I prefer faucets with a speculation side like that.
