If I am right there's a country that did that where print a lot of money which made their currency almost worthless. I did a quick research about worthless money and Venezuelan currency is the one I'm talking about.lets print that paper and give to the people a lot cash

Not much of a plan here, basically it you just don't want to crash the fiat based system rather you'll destroy the economy with this.
