A few months ago I looked on this forum and the link to changing my Ether based tokens said the deadline is the end of the year (December 31, 2020). Since my wallet is on an old computer, I decided to wait until December when I have time to get the computer out again.

So, today I come here to look at the process when I see that the deadline was moved to September. The word disappointed is an understatement. It said December 31 when I last checked.

I tried to submit a support ticket when I the ticket system said I am not authorized to create an account.

I really do not know what to do at this point. I don't even know if anyone will see my post on this forum.

I really hope to get a response and that I can still trade in my old tokens.
