I suffer from gambling addiction and your site is not working properly regarding to this.

You offer no protection to any player that asks to block him by IP as I did many many times.

For each of those account I opened, I deposited and loss all my money, I requested to block me through ip and you ignore it at all.
on my last opened account 242060153 I requested through email to block it before making huge deposits. The answer came 3 days later on other email. I have evidences of all of this.

Also I already contacted security department because per your Terms and Conditions, my duplicate account bets should be voided and deposits be returned.
