You're right, BTC has dumped about 12% in just one day. It seems though that the same trend happened in 2017, you can check this on the price market on coingecko and you should see that before 2017 ATH there was an initial uptrend then a down before reaching the ATH.

It is then possible that this is an event preparing for this year's ATH, or maybe not. I do, however, favour the former!

If ever you're right, then I think it's better to add more bitcoins now and hold until the new ATH come. It's really exciting to think what will happen to bitcoin before end of this year 2020.

You will still make profits even if you buy bitcoin now and wait for another ATH to sell it. It might be a risky one on the part of the investor. But having this correction is just a normal thing that always occur in the middle of the bullish market and when it comes back, the value will reach even higher more than we can ever imagine. So keep believing in bitcoin and stay focused despite of its market volatility.
