Noticed that! Here is only merited that posts which have the qualities and giving something better or new.
Good posts are highlighted by merit (in Green) but it is not correct for all merited posts. You need to have your own opinion that which posts are good in quality.
And also realized that here in this forum the spammers can't stand.
They are everywhere. The forum can only restrict them to rank up by merit system and the community can help to report their spam posts but they are everywhere if you check

2. Should the post has old information?
It is sure that people make repeated topics on same issue. If you are knowledgeable, you will know which posts are good or low quality, brings new information and enlightment to readers and vice versa. You will also have the ability to realize which topics are created to troll then you will skip such (do neither reply nor feed the troll).
3. Should I post only links which define my whole post.?
What do you mean? If it is about copy and paste or share post, topic, article, blog, etc. you must leave original links and use quote brackets to separate which part is copy and paste, and which one is your own opinion.
