Yeah, Bitcoin Core supports both types of SegWit addresses, native and wrapped. In my case I  have funds on both types.  Although  transactions between native SW addresses are more cost effective some services  still require  nested address to send  exchanged  BTC. So I would suggest  to have both types, but sure you are free to decide yourself.
