Bittrex should not be even in the comparison to begin with, they have shady business practices and just like HitBTC they could just freeze your funds for made up reasons and refuse withdrawal and ask you for KYC verification, Binance on the other hand has been doing way better and even though they had their mistakes like that leaked KYC incident they show at least some signs and put some effort to make themselves better and I'd say they had the most stability in all aspects among crypto exchanges, the better more proper comparison should be between Binance and Kucoin and in that case I could say they are really close to each other, I'd still prefer Binance but over all they're pretty close in the competition and that's a fair comparison.
