Which platforms/social media/blogs/forums are you active on the most? I see that crypto Twitter is on the rise lately being very popular among traders.

Sounds like you are looking for the best place to spread news about a new project? That's just a guess, well Twitter isn't bad but its not safer to look for projects on Twitter compare to Bitcointalk forum simply because you can get answers lot faster about a project on here than in twitter, I knew twitter for FOMO and Hype creation only that's why it's the best place for fake tokens and scam projects that don't want to spend much on websites and domains, they use twitter instead
