Actually ICN tokens were converted into ICNGS securities. And currently investors are offered to convert ICNGS to UK shares of ICONOMI platform.So it's basically not dead but only available to ICONOMI investors.
as an ICO Investor after long time coming back to ICN -> how to do this?

Sorry to tell you but you missed all the conversions. The old ICN token and their security analog are not actual anymore.
