Great domain name but honestly I don't see much practical value. A lot of people prior have already tried to imitate bitcointalk and make a wider forum, but it has just never worked out from a commercial standpoint. Yobit even paid tens of BTC in advertising their Cryptotalk site and still failed.

All in all, it'll  be incredibly difficult for you to differentiate yourself from an already established forum of bitcointalk.

I think that you have two paths that you can go by in terms of deciding what features will be included that will give you some chance of success:

a) Paid posting, this will keep the forum at least alive but honestly will probably lead to more harm long term than good.
b) Niche forum for a particular user group. For instance, for altcoin day traders.

But even going down these routes will likely not be successful given the sheer dominance of bitcointalk.
