@CryptopreneurBrainboss Is it really necessary to award everyone that votes for your interview with merit? I fully understand that you can do with your merit whatever you want, but imho that's not the best practice. Rest assured, there will be people who will vote for you only based on that, as that's what people do when they see chance for an easy merit.

As a matter of fact you are doing the same thing in that Community awards thread, and also ain't cool at all.
