Please explain - are the 2 different versions? There was a fork, as I understand it, and the unofficial version 1.0.3 was released Who backed the fork? Give more information.
Use the "barrystyle" wallet/node. The other one is the old chain on Argon2ad abandoned by the original dev.
You can stick with the old chain but remember none of the pools and exchanges support it. Only the version by barrystyle is the right one.
