mates, 65 Hours is absolute unacceptable delay for withdraw. Most of well known (crypto) bookies, where I play proceed the withdrawals between 10 minutes and 30 minutes.
It is BTC, not credit card withdrawal !!!

I will suggest Adkinsbet to upgrade the grading bets and payment processor, if want to grow up some trust.
