Please don't comparing Ark to Ethereum, both are in different class and game. Yes I do think Ark can reach all time high of $10, I think Ark will be in $20 ranges in 2021.
What evidence suggests that its price will go up by $ 10 and even $ 20? While this bull run season it can't even go halfway through 2018's price line 
Even with a big update event going on, their community is too small to pump the historic pump. Previously, in early 2018, there were still many people shill about new projects, so ARK had the chance to grow so strongly. And now, after nearly 3 years, their community has become much weaker and seems no one care.
