The majority of your post is in local board and your post in English is very minimal. So how can the manager see your post quality in English if you don't have enough post in your profile. This campaign doesn't count post in Local Board so its normal that local board poster will be ignored. Try to start posting outside your local board and show what you've got then apply again here if this campaign still vacant.
