Uniswap is the choice of many DeFi projects because its easy to list new tokens there just by providing liquidity. However there's a lot of scam projects out there and I'm one of the rugpull victim.
I guess you are choosing the scam project. The contract audit is a must before try to invest in any tokens on uniswap especially defi tokens. I have experienced this so many times when people lack of knowledge about the code and they have become the victim from the scam projects caused by the scammers rug pulling the funds.
