Ответ чрезвычайно очевиден - ждать когда срок бана закончится. В это время разрешается завести или использовать другую учётную запись, чтобы писать в Meta о своём бане, но только в Meta и больше нигде, иначе другие учётки тоже забанят с формулировкой "уклонения от бана" (если дословно).сколько и куда слать BTC?!
