Week 86 after nine users have distrusted you in the proceeding thirty weeks, you in one week add sixteen UID's to your distrust list, of the nine who distrust you, you in turn distrust eight (a fraction over 90%)  -  I doubt you could claim you didn't know about the DT system and "just happened to pick the eight at random".
