Previously I've never been seen this on my google play store so far still a nice catch I observe that there is a lot of fake electrum or other kinds of wallets showing up today on google play it's better to keep aware of this kind of phishing application.
I tried to search for it on Google Playstore but I don't see if as the original electrum, wallet keeps coming up, probably because I have it installed. If possible, please include the malicious app's link so that I can help report from side. The google guys kind of act quick when it comes to phishing and malicious apps and take them down as soon as possible.
Even I have an electrum wallet app I still saw some of the phishing wallets if you are trying to use the Smartphone to find out the electrum this recommends the real electrum but if you are trying to use the website application of the electrum you will see tons of it.
