When I found a thread about a fake Electrum wallet I rushed to search for it on Google Play but I didn't find a fake Electrum, only the one that was installed appeared. Is this different from each region?

The official Electrum website (https://electrum.org/#download) also includes the official Electrum link on Google Play(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.electrum.electrum).
However, I tend to suggest verifying the PGP signature first and installing it manually.
