Be careful in your search for new trading platforms, go for exchanges with very high reputation, not some new exchanges with questionable reputation. You should be more concerned about features you want in an exchange, not "new trading platform" per say. As for me, provided the reputation is very high, volume / liquidity is high, user interface is cool, team responds fast to user issues, very high security standard and low/fair trading fees, then I'm cool with the exchange. If you are looking for DEX, check Uniswap or Balancer, they are top notch.
