The app I used was ingotsex.vip . The commission are 0.00300000 for all cryptocurrency. I had about 18k usd before the trade and after the trade was done I was left with 6k usd . Thankfully I already made profit before this occurred. I just wonder if there is anything reason for this or its just a scam. I was told it had something to do with volume but I wasn't sure.

There are very many large exchanges and they do not charge users a huge fee. I recommend that you exit the exchange immediately and search for exchange references via coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges
