Brokers are not perfect. They can also make your portfolio lose depending to their take with the market. It's your money so hold and work on it instead of others working on it.
I think is well-worth it in the long run to invest in your education and take responsibility for your positions. Just my 2 cents. 
Agreed. You will enjoy more the run if you're the one handling your portfolio and growing it through your own hands and decisions.
