I think what he meant is that he can't see this fake Electrum wallet if he just types "Electrum" or Electrum wallet" inside PlayStore. So I decided to check, and as a matter of fact I could see not one but

It is a fact that huge majority of people download their apps via PlayStore and not directly and have no idea how dangerous that can be, so this is becoming a real issue now. There are several cases each month, and this number will keep increasing if Google doesn't react and start checking them manually.
Thanks. I have played my role and reported all the three malicious apps. It only takes about 10 seconds if one is reporting directly from the google play app.
Has anyone also noticed that the reviews on electrum pro app were all made on the same day (July 13, 2020)?
