I'm surprised I didn't noticed this lol but my explanation for me is this simple, I copied his application post since he was the last post on that thread and forgot to update my segwit btc address coz I wasn't approved on that Signature campaign and didn't bother myself to check. Try to investigate about our accounts if this is any connected, I'm open for any

That's a very lame excuse (and a very old one at that) - try coming up with something a little more original next time.
Frankly speaking, I had done almost similar mistakes several times. But not with application post, but with bounty reports.
When there is not specific form of report and I'm a bit lazy or in a hurry to search in my last posts for my previous week report, I copy/paste users report, who participate in same campaigns, and replace with my own info from excel table I fill for every campaign I participate. It easy to miss one line with someone's info when you need to replace tweet/retweets/comment/post/facebook share/account links and etc with your own. Easy to miss while copy/pasting and alt+tabbing, and you want to finish with reports faster.
Yes, the excuse is old and lame, but lets not make quick conclusions. If this is a repeated "mistake", then the user is guilty. If based on their posting history they dont look identical, then better make a deeper research and make a verdict.
