1. i'm not quite sure but i think the impact will be positive since they would be able to stake on the the ethereum network in other words they will going to earn out of it.
2. i've heard a lot of eth coins such as BETH (Binance Ethereum) i think those coins were created by the stake pools providers so users would be able to withdraw their ethereum at any time since staking to ethereum 2.0 will lock down your ethereum for 2 years.
